  2. What does this acquisition mean for SRR and its customers?
    Nothing directly; after the integration has finished SRR customers has access to Plauti's team for support and service. Plauti is looking forward to invest in the future of SRR and integrating it into its wider data management portfolio, bring more functionality to all of its customers.

  3. Will there be any changes to the SuperRoundRobin product?
    There may be future enhancements and integrations with Plauti’s product suite, but the core SRR functionalities will remain intact.

  4. How will this acquisition impact the current features of SRR?
    In the short term, there will be no changes to the existing features. Over time, we plan to integrate additional functionalities from Plauti’s offerings.

  5. Will there be any changes to the SRR branding?
    Yes, we will be changing the branding. The blue icon will change in a red icon to make it stand out alongside Plauti's other products.

  6. What if we don't transfer the Agreement.
    If you don't want to transfer the agreement to Plauti, Digital Doctrine is not able to support you after your currrent contract term ends and you loose access to SuperRoundRobin.

  1. Will there be any changes to the support process for SRR customers?
    Support will remain the same, only now part of the Plauti support team.

  2. Who should I contact for support and queries after the acquisition?
    You can contact Plauti support team, via support@plauti.com, who will be able to handle all of your questions.

  3. Will my account manager or point of contact change?
    Not immediately. Any changes to account management will be communicated to you directly.

  4. We need to setup a vendor profile with our purchasing team.

  1. Will there be any changes to the pricing of SRR products?
    No, the pricing will stay the same.

  2. Will my current contract and terms of service remain the same?
    Yes, your current contract and terms of service will remain unchanged.

  3. Will there be any changes to billing and invocing?
    Yes, after your subscription has transferred to Plauti, invoicing will be done by Plauti. During the transfer process we will copy all the information we need to ensure a smooth transition without any down time.
